Frequently Asked Questions. Q. Who writes the songs? A. I do. My name is Vo Fletcher. I’ve been writing children’s songs ever since my two sons were in nursery school. I love it, and get a real buzz when I hear from people who love to use the songs at home or at school. Q. What else do you do? A. I do some ’grown-up’ music as well. Mostly with my good friends Ric Sanders (Fairport Convention’s ace fiddler) and Michael (Greg) Gregory. Over the years I’ve played and recorded with Nigel Kennedy, Dave Swarbrick, Rik Mayall (yes really and he was great fun,) David Lowe (Touch & Go,) Donovan, TV comedian Bobby Bragg, Fairport Convention and lots of others. Yes I used to co-present a children’s show on Channel Five when it first started. It was called Havakazoo and was great fun. I’ve also written music for quite a few TV programmes. Q.
